Billing Questions

Billing and insurance payments can sometimes be confusing: please contact us if we can help explain either your anticipated charges or your bill. Billing agents are available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mountain time to help with questions, or to assist you in making payment arrangements when needed at these numbers:

Making a Payment

It is now possible to make your payments online for studies done at any Santa Fe Imaging location: our main office (1640 Hospital Drive) or satellite locations (SFI at Rodeo Road or SFI at Española).

Pay On-line: With a debit or credit card. The on-line bill-pay site lets you:

• Create an account to see your bill online, then log in for a secure view of your bills.
• Pay your bill with a debit or credit card.
• Ask a question via secure e-mail and receive a prompt answer from a Billing Agent.
• Update your address so that billing is not lost in the mail.
• Update your insurance so that claims are properly directed.
• Provide financial assistance information.

Pay by Mail: with a check or money order. Use at the address shown in the invoice you received in the mail. For Santa Fe Imaging that address is P.O. Box 5589 Santa Fe, NM 87502. For Santa Fe Radiology PC the address is P.O. Box 5499 Santa Fe, NM 87502.

Pay in Person: Santa Fe Imaging's billing agent usually has one representative available for in-person discussions at our main office, 1640 Hospital Drive, Santa Fe, NM, 87505, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday (except holidays).

In addition, we accept many other insurances: simply ask us to check for you when you make an appointment.

When you give us complete and accurate insurance information, we will submit claims to your carrier and bill you only for any uncovered charges. However, you may also be personally responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts, and you need to understand if your insurance company sets limits on the doctors you can see, or the services you can receive.

Self Pay
For those without insurance, SFI offers payment plans. Please contact our office to discuss.
